"Foods of New York Tours seems to get it right year after year! They have an incredible understanding of what their customers want and provide a non-touristy experience so you feel like a native New-Yorker... and that's hard to do day after day! Whether it's Greenwich Village, SoHo, Chelsea Market, Chinatown, or Little Italy, the food tasting and culture is authentic and second to none."

Robert Otter Photography
He made his living as a commercial photographer, but his soul yearned for something more:
Robert (Bob) Otter captured Greenwich Village unlike any other photographer of his era. He was a native New Yorker as well as a Village resident, and preserved the Village through his masterful imagery: a vibrant, bohemian community perceived by many as the "eye of the hurricane" that was the Sixties. A haven for an unusual assortment of artists, families, counter-culture types, philosophers, working folks, and various oddballs, Otter's lens caught it all.
In the early 1970s, after ten years as a professional photographer, he exited the artistic world, and passed away in 1986.
Transport yourself to the Greenwich Village of yesteryear, as you view these nostalgic images in pure black and white.

We Ate New York
Our Restaurant Tours take you on culinary adventures, which include sampling authentic New York Cuisine and more.
We call them "tours" because you actually get to tour the restaurant's physical structure, and with the multi-course feasting menu and optional wine accompaniment, you "tour" the restaurant's menu and wine list as well.
At some point during your meal, you are escorted back into the kitchen where you meet the chef and see how he, or she prepares world-class cuisine using the freshest ingredients available. You get to view areas of the restaurant normally off-limits to other guests, meet and greet the staff, and then be provided with a private cooking demonstration.
Come hungry, and expect to spend between two and three hours being wined, dined, and pampered New York City style!
Call (917) 608-4235 to make reservations.
