Inside MacDougal-Sullivan Gardens

If you’ve taken our Central Village/ Soho Tour, you would had seen a stretch of Greek Revival homes on MacDougal and Sullivan Streets just south of Bleecker known as the MacDougal-Sullivan Gardens. Former home of Bob Dylan and Richard Gere—and current home of Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour—they are quite an exclusive residence.

Maybe when you saw them on the tour you thought “gosh, I wish I could see the actual ‘gardens’ and heck, see what these multi-million dollar homes looks like on the inside.”

Upon researching, we found that most photos out there are of the exterior. We dug a bit deeper and were lucky to find a real estate listing for a one bedroom apartment on the third floor of 188 Sullivan Street complete with photos! Unfortunately, the $5,600 a month apartment is off the market, but that doesn’t mean we can’t dream.
