Horchata is a rice milk, usually made by boiling brown rice with a lot of water and straining that mixture, then the liquid is mixed with sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, sometimes nutmeg too. This is a very traditional mexican flavor that is usually served as a cold drink over ice. Enjoy!
