The Full Description:

Tour with us and discover the delicious cuisine, history, and culture of New York City's Chinatown. Your Foods of New York guide will lead you though this diverse neighborhood tasting delicious foods that makes this area of downtown New York so unique.

You will also explore historic landmarks, busy, and hidden side streets of this small district that is home to the largest concentration of Chinese people in the western hemisphere.

During this three-hour tour you will "be seated" in three exquisite restaurants while enjoy regional Chinese & Malaysian cuisine while observing the traditional etiquette that is partnered with these fine foods. The tour ends with a classic Chinese pastry that will be served from one of Chinatowns favorite bakeries.

About the ticket price: The ticket price for the Gourmet Chinatown tour ($65) is slightly higher than those of our other tours (each $52). This higher cost is reflected in the Gourmet Chinatown tour's unique features: three sit down restaurant tastings, and larger portion sizes than you'll experience on our other tours.
