There is a small possibility that we may have to cancel your tour on our end.
Cancellations due to weather
Our tours go out rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. We will not be outdoors for the entire 3 hours. In the rare situation where we are forced to cancel the tour due to unsafe weather based on advisories from the Office of the Mayor of NYC, ticket holders can reschedule to another day depending on availability, receive a gift card that never expires or receive a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] if you anticipate inclement weather.
Cancellations due to tour size
The minimum number of people to run a tour is 4. If not enough people signed up for the tour, we will contact you to reschedule to a different time slot and/or neighborhood. If none of our options work for you, we can offer you a gift card that never expires or a full refund.
